This Shipping Policy explains how Rezilo processes, ships, and delivers orders across the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Canada. As a premium recovery brand, we know you're ordering your Rezilo massager because you want relief from muscle pain and tension — so we work to get every order out the door quickly and keep you informed from checkout to delivery. 

Order Processing Time 

Every Rezilo order is processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. During high-demand periods such as sales events or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer — if this happens, we'll keep you updated by email. 

Delivery Times by Region 

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed, and reflect business days only (weekends and public holidays are not included). All delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed, as final delivery timing can be affected by your local courier network. 

Shipping Costs 

We're pleased to offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required, across all the regions we currently serve. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden delivery fees.

Canada 

At this time, we're not yet able to ship to Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Gulf region, Africa, or South America. We're actively working on expanding our shipping coverage, so check back if your country isn't currently supported. 

Order Tracking 

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information, so you can follow your Rezilo massager's journey from our warehouse to your door. 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom (to Europe, the United States, or Canada), your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are outside of Rezilo's control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect. 

Shipping Delays 

While we make every effort to meet the delivery estimates above, occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes, courier network disruptions, customs processing, adverse weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and our support team is always on hand to help track down a delayed parcel.
