Why "the dial"

We named the idea after the one thing every Rezilo product actually has: a dial, a setting, a mode you choose for how you feel today. Recovery doesn't need to mean an hour at a clinic most days, it means picking the right five minutes and having a tool that's actually ready for it.

Rezilo started as four products because that's what our own routines needed. We test everything on ourselves before it reaches the warehouse.

When will my order arrive?+

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). UK delivery then takes 2–3 working days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

How much does delivery cost?+

UK delivery is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.

Do you deliver outside the UK?+

Yes. We ship to Europe, the United States and Canada, usually arriving 5–6 working days after dispatch. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or local taxes by the destination country, which are paid by the customer.

How do I track my order?+

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within the expected delivery time, email us with your order number and we'll look into it with the courier.

Can I change or cancel my order?+

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it and refund you in full.

What is your returns policy?+

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It should be in like-new condition with its original packaging, accessories and charging cable. Email us with your order number to start a return and we'll send you instructions. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer.

When will I get my refund?+

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

What if my item arrives damaged or stops working?+

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the cost of sending it back. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

What does the warranty cover?+

Every electrical product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Are the massagers suitable for everyone?+

They're personal massage products for everyday comfort, not medical devices. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, an injury or a medical condition, or you're unsure, check with your GP first. Avoid using them on bones, joints, the front of the neck, broken skin or swelling.

Can I use the walking pad under my desk?+

Yes. It's designed for walking and light jogging at up to 8 km/h and supports users up to 120 kg. For safety, the motor stops automatically after 40 minutes; let it rest for around 10 minutes before using it again.
