We want you to feel completely confident recovering better with Rezilo. That's why every order comes with a 30-day return and exchange policy. This page explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations work — clearly and without the fine-print headaches. 

30-Day Return & Exchange Window 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide whether your Rezilo massager is right for you. If it isn't, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a replacement within this window. 

Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions: 

The product is in like-new condition, with no signs of damage caused by misuse 

All original packaging, accessories, and the charging cable are included 

You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email 

Because the Rezilo massager is a personal-use recovery device, items showing clear signs of use beyond initial testing may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, unless the product is faulty. This helps us maintain quality and hygiene standards for all customers. 

How to Start a Return 

To begin a return or exchange, simply email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you clear instructions, including the return address, within one business day. 

Return Shipping Costs 

Change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Rezilo covers the full cost of return shipping — you won't pay a penny. 

Exchanges 

Prefer a replacement rather than a refund? Within your 30-day window, you can exchange your Rezilo massager for a new unit, subject to availability. Just let our support team know when you start your return and we'll arrange it. 

Damaged or Faulty Items 

If your Rezilo massager arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including your original delivery cost, at no charge to you. 

Lost or Missing Parcels 

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or your parcel hasn't updated within the estimated delivery window, get in touch with our support team. We'll investigate with our courier partner and arrange a reshipment or refund as appropriate. 

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order has shipped? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund, provided it hasn't yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it will be treated as a standard return under this policy. 

Refund Processing Time 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund in your account. 

Non-Returnable Situations 

The following are not eligible for return or refund: 

Returns requested after the 30-day window has passed 

Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification 

Free gifts or promotional items included with an order
